Returns

We accept return requests made within 30 days after an order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at bling@blingchemicals.com. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Shipping Protection

Optional shipping protection may be available at checkout. When purchased, it may cover eligible orders that are lost, damaged, or stolen in connection with delivery, subject to claim review and verification.

To file a claim, visit https://blingchemicals.com/pages/shipping-claims. Claims should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered and preferably within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date.

  • Shipping protection must be purchased during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
  • Coverage applies only to eligible shipping-related issues. Product defects, incorrect items, and standard returns are handled separately under this policy.
  • Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate remedy.
  • The shipping protection fee is non-refundable once the order has been placed.

Orders placed without shipping protection are not eligible for a shipping-protection claim. If an unprotected shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can provide available shipment information or other reasonable assistance.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, contact us at bling@blingchemicals.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Promotional and Sale Orders

Orders placed during promotional events, flash sales, holiday sales, bundle promotions, or other limited-time discount campaigns are final sale and are not eligible for a monetary refund unless otherwise required by law.

Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively or adjusted after purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect promotional items remain eligible for review under the section above.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened, used, partially used, leaking, or improperly stored chemical products, except when the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale

Contact us before returning any chemical product. Carrier and hazardous-material restrictions may affect whether and how an item can be shipped back.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, request a return for the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an authorized return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Store credit may be available upon request.

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at bling@blingchemicals.com.
