Order Processing

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during promotions, holidays, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. They are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United States Shipping

Bling Chemicals currently ships within the United States only.

Orders Below $75

  • Standard shipping: estimated 3–5 business days after carrier acceptance; rate calculated at checkout
  • Express shipping: estimated 2–3 business days after carrier acceptance; rate calculated at checkout
  • Pallet and freight orders: shipping is arranged with a Bling Chemicals sales representative

Orders of $75 or More

Orders totaling $75 or more after discounts and before taxes qualify for free standard shipping when the promotion is available. Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Express, freight, and other upgraded services remain subject to the full displayed rate.

We may modify shipping rates, qualification thresholds, or free-shipping promotions at any time.

Order Tracking

When an order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

Shipping Restrictions

We may ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses within the United States, subject to carrier availability and restrictions.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and military addresses is subject to carrier and postal limitations.
  • Certain liquid or chemical products may be restricted by carrier, destination, service level, or applicable law.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If a shipment is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, carrier restriction, or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us at bling@blingchemicals.com promptly.

  • Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order information, or other documentation.
  • Customers may also be required to cooperate with a carrier investigation or file a carrier claim.
  • Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer.
  • Orders with shipping protection are handled under the shipping-protection terms in our Return and Refund Policy.
  • For orders without shipping protection, available assistance and any resolution are determined case by case, subject to carrier findings and applicable law.
  • Without shipping protection, Bling Chemicals is not responsible for theft or loss that occurs after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified, canceled, or redirected after it is placed. Contact us at bling@blingchemicals.com as soon as possible if a change is needed.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped generally cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Bling Chemicals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
