Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Shipping Protection. This optional add-on protects your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Purpose: Shipping protection ensures that if your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is stolen after delivery, you are covered for a replacement or resolution — at no additional cost beyond the protection fee paid at checkout.
How to File a Claim: If you purchased shipping protection and experience an issue with your delivery, you may file a claim through our dedicated claims portal: blingchemicals.com/pages/shipping-claims
Claim Time Frame: Claims must be submitted promptly after the issue is identified. We recommend filing within 7 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date to ensure timely resolution.
Important Stipulations:
- Shipping protection must be purchased at the time of checkout. It cannot be added after an order has been placed.
- Orders placed without shipping protection are not eligible for a claim in the event of loss, damage, or theft during transit. Bling Chemicals is not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier if protection was not purchased.
- Shipping protection covers transit-related issues only and does not cover product defects, incorrect items, or returns — those are handled under the Damages and Issues and Return Policy sections above.
- Refunds or replacements under shipping protection are subject to claim review and verification.
No Protection Purchased: If you did not add shipping protection to your order, we strongly encourage you to contact the carrier directly for assistance. Bling Chemicals cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit without an active protection plan on the order.
The shipping protection fee is non-refundable once an order has been placed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once verified, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Upon request, we can refund your purchase through in-store credit.
