Subscriptions, Pre-Orders & Cancellations Policy

Subscriptions

A subscription provides recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each scheduled delivery unless the subscription is prepaid. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Manage, skip, pause, or cancel a subscription using this link or subscription-confirmation email. Changes must be submitted before the next order is processed to affect that shipment. 

• Subscriber pricing / discount, if any, applies only while the subscription is active. 

• If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you; a subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be collected.

• Orders that have already been processed or shipped are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order reserves a product that is out of stock or not yet available. Depending on the offer, we may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout and charge the balance later.

You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order unless the product page or promotion states it is final sale or non-cancelable. Once a pre-order is processed or fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and is governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Estimated availability and ship dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, freight, or supply-chain delays; we communicate material delays when reasonably possible.
