Absolute is a professional-grade, concentrated low pH cleaner built for the contamination ordinary cleaners leave behind. Designed for high-volume commercial and fleet washing, this 55-gallon drum is formulated to be diluted 4:1 with water, producing up to 275 gallons of ready-to-use solution.
Absolute attacks brake dust, rust, hard-water stains, mineral deposits, and oxidation on aluminum wheels, tanks, trailers, stainless steel, and other neglected metal surfaces.
Dilution: Mix 4 parts water to 1 part Absolute concentrate.
For most applications, wet the surface, apply the properly diluted solution, allow it to work for 15–30 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Heavy oxidation may require light agitation. Absolute can also be used as Step 1 in Bling Chemicals' two-step touchless wash system with Savage.

I had some rust on my Chrome front wheels. I sprayed it on the wheels and let it sat for 20 seconds. Then pressure washed it off it came clean. Some spots I had to do again with a little rubbing with finger and it came off with ease. Will be getting a bigger bottle next time.

I bought a 2008 wide glide with spoke wheels, the spokes had quite a bit of rust on them as well as the shocks. I wet them with water then sprayed on the Bling, rinsed 15-20 seconds later and all the rust was gone.
This stuff is awesome! Sprayed my sons wheels which had a ton of built up brake dust and surface rust on the inside, before I could even scrub or spray them it started cleaning and turned out perfect
